About Super Brainy Beans

How it started

Child on Computer

Hi, my name is Kelly and I'm a web designer, illustrator and creator of Super Brainy Beans. This site began as a simple web page—a collection of links to fun, educational games my two young boys enjoyed playing online.

As a mum passionate about supporting my children's learning at home, other parents often asked me what I did to help them. I shared my web page, and it sparked an idea: perhaps other parents and children could benefit from it too. That’s how Super Brainy Beans was born.

Today, Super Brainy Beans welcomes thousands of visitors every month. It’s a trusted resource for children, parents, and schools across the UK and around the world.

The website continues to grow, offering the best educational content from across the web to support your child's learning journey. From birth through primary school, Super Brainy Beans provides everything you need—all in one place.

Supporting all children in education

At Super Brainy Beans, I believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and enjoy the opportunities that education brings. Sadly, many children around the world are denied this right—whether through poverty, conflict, or inequality. Some, especially girls, are not even allowed the simple joy of sitting in a classroom with their peers.

Education is more than just learning to read, write, and count—it’s about discovery, friendship, and the freedom to simply be a child. That’s why I’m committed to donating 20% of our profits to charities that work tirelessly to provide education in underdeveloped and disadvantaged areas.

Through Super Brainy Beans, my hope is not only to support children here in the UK, but also to play a small part in helping children everywhere gain access to the life-changing gift of education.

Is your child moving up to Secondary School?

As my children have grown, I’ve continued to support their education throughout their school years. This journey inspired my next creation: GCSE Revision Buddy. This website is designed to provide homework help and guidance, supporting students from KS3 through to GCSE.

Whether your child needs assistance with day-to-day homework or structured revision for those crucial GCSE years, GCSE Revision Buddy offers a wealth of resources to make learning more manageable and effective. Visit GCSE Reivison Buddy.
