Plurals adding s or es
A plural means that there is more than one of something. There are rules for added plurals to nouns. Nouns are a person or thing. For more on nouns see our Grammar page.
With most nouns just add an s to the end of the word.

If the noun ends with s, ss, x, sh or ch add es.
bus + es = buses
church + es = churches
fox + es = foxes
